TWELVE GRADES FROM WASTE STREAMS

Paper from fibres nobody else uses

Rice stubble that would have been burned. Water hyacinth cleared from choked lakes. Spent grain from breweries. Banana stumps left after harvest. We pulp what other people throw away, and none of it comes from a tree.

A material with a story your customer can verify

Most sustainable paper is recycled wood pulp with a green label on it. Ours has never contained tree fibre at any stage. Every grade traces to a specific waste stream, and we document it. When your customer asks what their packaging is made of, you have an answer with a date, a source and a paper trail rather than a claim.

Genuinely different

Twelve fibres that are not available from conventional mills. Your product does not look or feel like anyone else's.

Documented, not asserted

Material composition and process documentation with every shipment. Traceable to the specific waste stream.

Not every waste stream is equal

Rice stubble

Across North India, rice stubble is burned in the field after harvest because clearing it any other way costs money the farmer does not have. The smoke is a measurable contributor to winter air quality in the region. We buy it instead. Every tonne we pulp is a tonne that was not set on fire.

Water hyacinth

Water hyacinth is an invasive species that covers Indian lakes, blocks light, strips oxygen and kills the water beneath it. Clearing it is expensive and the cleared weed usually goes to landfill. We take it and make paper from it.

These are the two grades to lead with when your customer wants a story that stands up to scrutiny.

Common questions

1. How consistent is the paper quality?

Our manufacturing process follows rigid professional standards. We run continuous quality control testing to ensure exact consistency in paper weight, caliper, brightness, and texture across every production batch.

Absolutely. Bluecat B2B paper is engineered for full compatibility with high-speed offset printers, industrial digital presses, and standard flexographic equipment. It delivers high ink holdout and rapid drying times.

No, our paper is completely natural and odor-free. Unlike traditional wood-pulp processing that relies on heavy chemical bleaches and sulfur compounds, our agricultural fiber processing is clean, gentle, and neutral.

We bypass forest timber entirely. Our paper is manufactured utilizing 100% upcycled agricultural residues and alternative plants. This saves mature forests, lowers carbon emissions, and significantly conserves water.

To keep our freight and logistics highly efficient, our standard minimum order begins at one full pallet. However, we offer trial programs and flexible tiered volumes for qualified long-term B2B contract partners.

Yes, we support precise Pantone matching and bespoke dye solutions. We work closely with your design and brand compliance teams to deliver a beautifully uniform result that perfectly represents your visual system.
